Director, Phil Diversi is actively involved in all projects; providing a hands on approach and a wealth of experience. Phil is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sector; including both large and small companies.
Phil has a Bachelor in Engineering (Civil), is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a registered civil engineer on the National Professional Engineers Register (NPER), a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia (MIEAust).
Phil is actively involved with many industry groups including Engineers Australia, Consult Australia, Stormwater Industry Australia, Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia to name a few. As such, Phil is able to advise companies on current industry issues and best practices.
Phil has been involved in a variety of small to large projects which have involved some or all of the following: due diligence studies, assistance with land / property acquisitions, feasibility studies, master planning, conceptual design, detail design, tender/specification/contract documentation, analysis and negotiations, project management, contract administration, cost planning and estimates, risk and value management reviews, and report preparation.
Projects include: infrastructure, land and urban development, sports facilities, civil siteworks (including schools, hospitals, universities, commercial / industrial sites, civic improvement works etc.), roads, rail, light rail, aviation, defence, traffic and transportation. Phil’s particular technical skills include design of erosion and sediment controls, stormwater water quality and quantity control design and modelling, flood analysis, stormwater detention and reuse systems, pavement design, road design and construction, services coordination, sewer and water design.
